"On my honor..."

Here's our Cub Scout. AJ has really enjoyed the scouts this year. I think it has been a fun walk down memory lane for Billy as well. We look forward to years of scouting!

Baby Mason

These sweet hands and feet belong to the baby of a friend I worked with. He was only three weeks old when I took these pics. So tiny and sweet!

Baby Braxton

This is the youngest baby of the couple that bought our house. She was gracious enough to let me practice on her new one. Isn't he cute and fluffy!

Monkeys!

AJ and Billy were up in the tree one night last week and I couldn't resist getting a shot even though the sun was completely down. He didn't come down from that tree until 8:00 that night!

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!

AJ's school celebrated Dr. Seuss's birthday and "Read Across America Week" by allowing the kids to dress as a Dr. Seuss Character today. I really really enjoyed making the costumes for AJ and his friend Jackson (not the same Jackson as in the tree photo posted earlier). They were so pumped up. They walked into their classroom like they owned it. Those two knew they were too cute!! The teacher with them is a friend of mine who is a reading specialist at AJ's school. Great memory!

Snow Angels

Last Thursday we woke up to about 3 inches of snow. YAY!! I've never seen AJ get dressed so fast. He and Zack and Trevor (his friends that live next door) had the best time sledding, making snow angels, and having a snowball fight.

As cute as it gets...

I could still just chew on his cheeks!

Awe..

Here we are at a banquet that our church held in January. A friend of mine and I spent two days decorating the banquet hall so it was an exciting night for us to enjoy the fruits of our labor.

This is in a restaurant in Vancouver, British Columbia. We had spent the day bicycling around Vancouver so we look a bit worn out.

Little Man

Oh, isn't he handsome?!! He makes my heart sing!

Future Linemen??This is AJ and his friend, Jackson. They were "working on the power lines" that were "downed by the high winds" today.

Baby Girl

She looks like a baby doll to me!

Precious Miracle

This is Baby Bella. Our sweet, miraculous niece.

Finally!

Okay, I have finally taken the plunge. I do not promise to keep an up-to-date, humor-filled blog, but I will do my best. Our life can be pretty mundain most of the time so don't expect too much excitement. I do think that we have an absolutely positively gorgeous child so I will enjoy posting pictures of him. I am also going to use this blog as an outlet for my photography passion. I have been doing more and more sessions so hopefully I will be diligent at posting more pictures. Here are a few shots that I have taken lately...
